Stem Sealing Design

With cylinder type Fluid Passage and Extension Bonnet, makes the valve body more suitable for wide temperature range, and with Eccentric curve cam shape valve plug and Rotary Shaft, makes the valve close tightly and has the ability of self compensation of temperature and pressure.

The typical guide sleeve makes the plug self-centralized for close shut and long valve life.

Properties

  • • Unobstructed passage Cylinder type unobstructed valve body makes it widely used for granular, fibroid and ropy medium.
  • • Large Cv value and wide Turn-Down ratio The Cv value is close to the Cv values of ball valves and butterfly valves. The range-ability is up to 100:1, better than any other kind of control valves.
  • • Be used for wide temperature range and strong washing conditions.
  • • The plug and seat surface is hardened with stellite alloy or cementing tungsten carbide coating by HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) technology, and body inside wall is hardened with complex treatment; these technologies makes the valve have the ability of standing washing of high fluids velocity and abrasion of corrosion of fluids.
  • • The rotary control valves can be used both for regulating and tight shut-off.
